    Biteganyijwe ko umwaka utaha OMS izaza gukora igenzura ngo irebe niba cyujuje ibisabwa ku rwego rwa kabiri n’urwa gatatu hanyuma ibyo ku rwego rwa kane bikazagerwaho nyuma.
