We inform you that the named Nyirantwari Primitive, daughter of Kanyamihigo and Nsekantakabuze, domiciled at Burera village, Ruhengeri cell, Muhoza Sector, Musanze district, in the Northern Province applied for the Authorization of the change of name from her current name Nyirantwari Primitive to be called Mukantwari Umurungi in the National population Registry.
