Social Media a Big Problem to Pro-Wrestling Today #rwanda #RwOT
James Ellsworth a former wrestler at the World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.(WWE), an American company that is primarily known for professional wrestling has shed some light on what he thinks is the biggest challenge to Professional wrestling in modern times.
During his recent interview with media, Ellsworth said that that everything is too overexposed and social media is not helping. He feels like the problem began with Tough Enough, when fans were shown a lot of the secrets of the business.
'In my humble opinion, man, there's not too much you can do. I think it's overexposed. As cool as social media can be and as helpful it can be, it can also be the devil and very hurtful and wrestlers are just overexposing themselves on there. Like you see good guys and bad guys talking to each other,' the athlete said adding;
'I think it really started with Tough Enough. They just showed a lot of the secrets and it's just so overexposed. Then everybody is in everybody's business on social media. Like this person is a piece of c**p. This person did this is. This person did that. Meanwhile, none of us really because we weren't present at the time they're talking about. I think it has really hurt the business,' he said.
'Kayfabe is so dead. It's been dead for years, but now it's dead and people are peeing on the grave of it. If people would just not do that. I think had that would help. The Attitude Era it's just so hard to follow because they did so much cool content in the Attitude Era.'

'Just people bleeding and bra and panty matches and like just all kinds of crazy wackiness caught, you know, guys giving their boss the middle finger. It's hard to follow all that. We haven't followed it for 20 years. The ratings have been slowly going down for 20 years to the point where now we're two million people or less.
James Ellsworth noted, 'I hope it changes for the sake of everybody. I love the wrestling business. I want everybody succeed. Because it starts at the top. I do independent wrestling. Now if the top isn't doing good, independent wrestling suffers too because nobody's watching the main programming. I don't know what they can do man. They're trying different things. I really hope it gets back to the Promised Land but man like, Attitude Era, you had six to seven million people watching. Now it's 2 million. Where did that five million people go? It's going to be tough. It's going to be a rough road going forward.'
James Ellsworth had a short, but memorable WWE run between 2016 and 2018. During his stint with the company, he even got a shot at the WWE Championship in a match against AJ Styles.
Ellsworth later had a run as Carmella's manager and helped her win the first-ever Women's Money in the Bank Ladder match. James Ellsworth was released from his WWE contract in 2018. He was fired by SmackDown General Manager Paige for disrespecting her.

Rwanda Blasts Australia's Oldest Newspaper For Pampering RNC Terrorists #rwanda #RwOT
The government of Rwanda has condemned Australia's oldest Newspaper The Sydney Morning Herald for publishing an article that seeks to damage the image of the leadership in Kigali while promoting the agenda of RNC terrorist group.
According to the government response, it all began on October 12, 2020 when The Sydney Morning Herald published an article by Anna Patty and Leon Hartwell advancing false and baseless accusations by a one Noel Zihabamwe, who claims he is threatened because he 'refused to be an agent of influence for the government of Rwanda.'
Five days later, on October 17, 2020, the same contents of the story were re-published by ABC News in an article by Andrew Greene in what appears to be based on rhetoric that seeks to discredit the Government of Rwanda.
Noel Zihabamwe is a self-proclaimed subversive element based in Sydney, who has been working hard to encourage insurrection against the leadership in Rwanda.
He joined the Rwanda National Congress (RNC), a terrorist group which runs propaganda campaigns against Rwanda and is responsible for several deadly terror attacks in Kigali and in Northern Rwanda.
Noel Zihabamwe's claims about his missing brothers are baseless. While the investigation remains open, neither Zihabamwe nor his family reported these men as missing to the authorities in Rwanda or cooperated in verifying this claim.
In fact, Zihabamwe has many relatives in Rwanda who have no issues with their safety. He has used 'the human rights activist' cover to raise funds for hostile groups including RNC.
Noel Zihabamwe alleged his safety was threatened during a community meeting in Sydney in late 2017.
No threats were ever directed to any Rwandan citizen by any High Commission authority. The event that took place was attended by hundreds of Australian-Rwandans and Friends of Rwanda.
There is no record of Noel Zihabamwe attending. It is disappointing that journalists of ABC News and The Sydney Morning Herald did not seek to source these claims by speaking to other attendees at this open event.
ABC further alleges that 'Rwandan parents in Perth are sending their children to a youth military training camp where they dress in army uniforms.' Itorero has been in the history of Rwanda for decades.
It is a cultural-centred programme designed to empower the youth to play an active role in the development of their communities, while gaining the experience, knowledge and life skills necessary for employment and fulfilment of their citizenship.
Characterising it as a military activity plays into the stereotypes that western media frequently resort to when reporting on Africa.
Noel Zihabamwe continues to use his Human Rights Activist cover to host leading anti-Rwanda propagandists whose aim is to destabilise the country.
Father Thomas Nahimana, an expelled Catholic priest who claims to be the President of the Government of Rwanda operating in exile, has been a frequent guest to Zihabamwe in Sydney.
All this is part of wider anti-government campaign of Rwandan antagonists, including some genocide deniers who are sought for the crimes of genocide in Rwanda.
It is concerning that other Rwandan Community members in the diaspora are branded as agents of the government of Rwanda and are accused of threatening those who perceive themselves as opposition.
These are fabricated accusations intended to discredit a government that has made massive development strides in Rwanda over the last 26 years.
Rwanda remains committed to the safety and wellbeing of its citizens in the journey to sustainable development. We continue to work tirelessly for the betterment of Rwandan citizens at home and abroad, with the support of the overwhelming majority of all Rwandans.

Dozens Of African Americans Choose To Settle In Rwanda #rwanda #RwOT
More than 20 African Americans and other blacks of African descent have decided to make Rwanda their home after spending several days traversing the East African country.
'Today, Minister of State Prof. Nshuti Manasseh received returnees of African descent from the USA and other parts of the world who are working to settle and make Rwanda their home,' reads a tweet by Rwanda's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
During the September gathering of the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the ruling party- Rwanda Patriotic Front(RPF) Inkotanyi chaired by President Paul Kagame, he said, that whoever wants to be 'one of us should be given the opportunity, as long as they want to make a contribution towards building our country'.
However, President Kagame then cautioned that being accommodative of everyone does not mean that some people are going to claim to be more important than everybody else, 'We are all equal and must be treated equally,' Kagame said.
Kagame further noted that the Rwanda of today is totally different from that under previous regimes.
'We cannot say the country is full, like those before used to proclaim, therefore we could not be accommodated. That is not who we are. There is room for everyone, including those Rwandans who are still abroad,' Kagame said.
The prevailing peace and zero tolerance to corruption and a focused leadership are cited as the major driving force for foreigners to want to become Rwandan citizens.
In May 2009 President Paul Kagame subject to the powers vested unto him by the constitution, singed a presidential order gave the responsibility of approving foreigners interested in acquiring Rwandan citizenship to the department of Immigration and Emigration.

African Americans Retracing Roots
Last year marked 400 years since enslaved people arrived in America.
Under the Ex-President Barack Obama's administration, several African Americans started exploring the African continent with the intention to resettle and reconnect to their ancestral roots.
Ghana, a costal country in West Africa, honored the resilience of black people with a 'Year of Return' initiative. Several African Americans are steadily resettling in Ghana and other African states of their choice.
NFL veteran Malcolm Jenkins said, 'We come from a lineage of people that we've been disconnected from, and I think it's really important that we start to take that journey as individuals.'
Jenkins said, 'I think it's the right time for African Americans as they make that journey back to the homeland to actually lay roots and play a part in the process of really building a strong and unified Africa.
According to a research article published in 2019 by the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of USA, titled 'Risk of being killed by police use of force in the United States by age, raceâ”ethnicity, and sex'â” from 2013 to 2018, black men and boys were 2.5 times more likely than white men and boys to die in encounters with police.
The study reported that at least 1 in 1,000 black men and boys in America can expect to die in police-involved encounters.

Kudaha agaciro ubutumwa bwiza bw’ukuri, abantu bagaha agaciro ubutumwa bw’ikinyoma. Abagalatiya 1:8-9
Ariko nihagira ubabwiriza ubutumwa butari ubwo twababwirije, ari twe cyangwa ndetse marayika uvuye mu ijuru, avumwe. Nk’uko twabanje kubivuga na none nongeye kubivuga nti 'Niba umuntu ababwira ubutumwa budahura n’ubwo mwemeye mbere avumwe.'
Iyo abantu biringira imirimo y’amategeko, abantu bagashyirwa munsi y’amategeko gusa, bakababwira ubutumwa bubashyira munsi y’amategeko kandi Yesu yaraje kutubatura mu mategeko. Ibi bishobora kuzana umuvumo kandi w’igihe kirekire. Ubutumwa bwiza burabohora umuntu akabaho mu mudendezo atari imbata y’amategeko. Muri iki gihe hariho inyigisho zihabanye n’ukuri ukwiye kureba niba inyigisho wakira ari ukuri.
Kwiyaturiraho amagambo mabi
Imbaraga z’umuvumo w’ubuzima ziri mu rurimi, ibintu byose wiyaturiraho bizakubaho.
Igihe uvumwa n’abandi
Igihe uvumwe n’abagufiteho ubushobozi, cyane cyane ababyeyi bawe, abashumba bawe, abo mu muryango wawe igihe cyose bakuvuma bishobora kuzakugiraho ingaruka.
Iyo abantu bakwaturaho nabi, nawe ukiyaturiraho nabi uwo muvumo ushobora kuzagira ingufu ku buzima bwawe , niyo mpamvu ukwiye gusenya isi y’umwuka kugira ngo utazaba mu nsi y’imbaraga z’umuvumo.

Kimironko: Peace and Hope Initiative donates school materials to children from vulnerable families #rwanda #RwOT

Through the project entitled 'Equip Children and Women Beggars as well as Persons with Disabilities with Skills for Life', Peace and Hope Initiative as the project implementing Organization has donated to 30 children from poor families living in the Kimironko sector of Gasabo District in the city of Kigali.
The donations are made up of a variety of materials including school materials, notebooks and pens, school bags, school uniforms, hygienic materials as well as Facemasks to protect children from attracting COVID 19 infections.
Peace and Hope Initiative's Equip Children and Women Beggars as well as Persons with Disabilities with Skills for Life Project, aims to help poorer communities thrive through entrepreneurship and child development through education with a view to achieving Sustainable Development in the beneficiary communities.
The beneficiaries of this UNDP- RGB sponsored are made up of 70 families including persons with different disabilities, former street beggars and the elderly persons who are no longer able to make living on their own.
Albert Musabyimana, the Founder and Legal Representative of the Peace and Hope Initiative explains that children were selected in a non-discriminatory approach since one of the pillars in the project implementation is to make sure that every child is able to access basic school materials regardless of his or her status despite any disability.
In the past there have been parents who denied education rights to their children simply because they have disabilities.
Musabyimana said, 'Today, we donated school materials to 30 children, including five with disabilities.'
'We believe that a child with a disability has the same rights as the one without.'
Musabyimana further added that all the 70 families assisted by the project are of vulnerable category that need special assistance.
'So, what we envision is to make our beneficiaries rise from extreme poverty to the level of self-reliance.' Musabyimana added.
The one-year project has started with 70 beneficiaries among them are 35 beggars and 35 persons with disabilities selected from three cells of Kimironko Sector of Gasabo District in the City of Kigali.
The project was developed in close collaboration with the Rwanda Governance Board and UNDP with the aim of empowering beneficiaries through skills for life training and also empowering them by creating profitable opportunities as well as enabling their children to have access to education.
'We hope that by the end of this one-year initial stage, these families will be at the level of sustaining the family's livelihoods through the most lucrative projects they will develop as they are set to benefit life skills throughout the project implementation.' Musabyimana said.
