    Kuri iyo mpamvu, Minisitiri w'Intebe Majaliwa yatanze itegeko ko kuva kuwa 17 Ukuboza 2020 abayobozi mu nzego za Leta baguze imodoka zihenze bagomba gutangira gutanga ibisobanuro mu cyumweru kimwe.

    • Early tech-adopter consumers predict intelligent connectivity to enable services that go way beyond the mobile broadband experiences of today
    • Consumer expectations on smarter connectivity are higher than for any other connected intelligent machine type
    • These predictions about connected intelligent machines point to opportunities for 5G service providers for new intelligent network services.

    Consumers expect connected technology to become more flexible and interactive going forward and see devices enabling more pro-active, and even creative choices in a wide range of everyday life situations by 2030.

    The tenth edition of the Ericsson ConsumerLab10 Hot Consumer Trends report highlights consumer predictions about the various roles that connected intelligent machines could take on going forward. Each of these roles could be seen as new service areas, opening a range of opportunities for 5G service providers to gradually extend intelligent networks to their customers.

    At Ericsson Research, our vision is that advances in AI and cellular communications technology will enable connected intelligent machines to securely communicate across the networks of tomorrow. In the process, they could make the world more responsive to consumer needs than ever before, given that consumers predict intelligent connectivity to enable services that go way beyond the mobile broadband experiences of today.

    Based on long-standing global trend research, the ConsumerLab10 Hot Consumer Trends 2030 report represents the expectations and predictions of 50 million early technology adopters across 15 major cities.

    In this study, respondents rated 112 connected intelligent machine concepts, ranging from a human-centered to a more rational perspective. The result is an overview of the 10 roles consumers expect connected intelligent machines to take in everyday life by 2030. Each trend in the report depicts a specific role that such machines could take.

    Dr. Michael Björn, Head of Research Agenda, Ericsson Consumer &IndustryLab, and author of the report, says: 'I was surprised to see that consumer expectations on smarter connectivity are higher than for any other connected intelligent machine type. The Connectivity Gofers trend includes predictions that devices will intelligently adapt to any signal, with use of cellular, Wi-Fi and fixed connectivity being seamless, as well as smart signal locators that guide users to spots with optimal coverage even in crowded areas.'

    'This points to opportunities for 5G service providers to gradually extend intelligent networks to cover a whole range of new services for their customers, and each of the machine roles we present in this report could be seen as a whole new service area.'

    'The Community Bots trend, for example, highlights the role machine intelligence could take in providing much needed community services. The Explainers puts forward the idea that all connected devices need to be able to explain themselves to users, and Sustainability bots focuses on the increased need for localized intelligent climate advice going forward.'

    'What all of these potential services have in common is that they rely on intelligently communicating across devices and thus puts the networking aspect even more in the front seat than today.'

    The 10 Hot Consumer Trends for 2030

    1. Body bots: Get a power-up — 76 percent of consumers predict there will be intelligent posture-supporting suits.
    2. Guardian angels: Three-quarters believe that privacy guardians will help fool surveillance cameras and block electronic snooping.
    3. Community bots: Seventy-eight percent believe electronic watchdog services will alert neighborhood allies to any trespassers.
    4. Sustainability bots: Future weather will be extreme — 82 percent believe devices will share data and warn about local rain torrents or heat blasts.
    5. Home officers: WFH uninterrupted — 79 percent say smart speakers will project noise-canceling walls around the home office space.
    6. Explainers: Over 8 in 10 predict automated financial management systems that explain how your investments are handled.
    7. Connectivity gofers: Smart signal locators will be able to guide you to optimal connectivity spots, say 83 percent of consumers.
    8. Baddie bots: A baddie bot that can be trained to carry out burglaries or attack other people is wanted by 37 percent of AR/VR users.
    9. Media creators: Machines will curate content. Sixty-two percent think game consoles will make original games based on their game play.
    10. Bossy bots: Around 7 in 10 believe that social network AIs will understand your personality and build up a circle of friends that is good for your mental and physical wellbeing.

    ” Nous nous avons conçu un website intitulé imihigo based Umuturage. Nous observons que les dirigeants de districts signent des contrats de performance avec le Président de la République chaque année. La façon de communiquer ces contrats aux citoyens concernés est à désirer. Nous avons conçu ce Site Web de telle façon que ces contrats soient discutés au préalable avec les habitants du district. L’idée-projet qui recueille beaucoup de votes citoyens sera celle-là qui sera retenue. Il est donné à chaque habitant un espace où il exprime ses idées et un autre espace dit Opinion Pool. Dans ce dernier, il vote les idées de ses camarades qu’il juge meilleures. Le dirigeant responsable a la capacité de visiter ces espaces de débat en ligne. Il choisit les projets les votés en ligne pour en faire son Contrat de performance avec le Président de la République au cours de la cérémonie qu’il organise tous les ans “, confie Ilana Mutegaraba, Membre du Groupe 5.

    Un autre groupe monte un Projet dit Tap In &Out. Ce projet veut que le système de transport urbain utilisant des cartes de paiement soit précis selon la distance parcourue par le passager. Pour ce groupe, un tel passager se rendant de A à B paye moins cher que celui se rendant de A à C, à D… Bref, ce projet veut résoudre la question du paiement de service de transport selon les kilomètres parcourus et non tout le trajet emprunté par le transport en commun jusqu’à son terminal.
    Un autre groupe a présenté un projet dit MBWIRA. Ici, le groupe veut aider les jeunes filles et les mineures ayant connu des violences sexuelles soit dans les lieux de loisirs musicaux, de danses et autres.

    Tous les projets ont été appréciés par le Jury. Le Directeur de la Science et Technologie de la CNRU a promis de distribuer des prix à ces groupes dans le courant du mois de janvier 2021.

    ” Notre soutien ne s’arrêtera pas là bas. Nous ferons un plaidoyer utile pour vous qui continuerez à affiner vos projets. Nous sommes ici pour accompagner les efforts et créativité des jeunes gens à trouver des solutions IT aux défis de la société comme vous venez de le montrer. Nous sommes agréablement surpris de constater que les défis auxquels est confrontée la société deviennent des opportunités des jeunes. Ces derniers réfléchissent sur ces défis, inventent des solutions informatiques y relatives et créent de l’emploi devant bénéficier à plusieurs personnes dans la quête de leur solutionnement “, a dit le Directeur de Science et Technologie de la CNRU en guise de mot de conclusion de ce séminaire atelier qui aura duré cinq jours.

    Des jeunes gens en ateliers

    Ces jeunes en atelier sont formidables. Ils ont inventé des projets informatiques dans le domaine de l’environnement dont celui de Online Gas Ordering System ou dans le domaine des droits démocratiques comme le E-Citizen Contribution System et bien d’autres.

    On a vu une jeune femme du nom de Sangwa, 27 ans, propriétaire d’un Start-up dit Yanjye.com. Elle a contribué à la conception et à l’encadrement de ce Workshop. Elle a promis une collaboration rapprochée et souhaitée par la CNRU au bénéfice de ces séminaristes.

    ” Nous sommes disposés à vous aider pour terminer vos codes. Nous sommes disposés à continuer à offrir notre collaboration à la CNRU pour que vous puissiez les terminer et engager d’autres “, a dit la jeune femme qui vient à peine de commencer son entreprise de formation des jeunes à des solutions informatiques utilisant des langages php, java script et bien d’autres.

    Mais elle n’est pas la seule ici car Alfred Bagilishya qui lui aussi a offert sa collaboration avec la CNRU dans la réalisation de ce séminaire-Atelier est initiateur de Envisage Incubator Ltd. Trè reconnaissant à la CNRU pour avoir été approché pour faire partie des animateurs de ce séminaire, il a encouragé les jeunes à être attentif aux problèmes sociaux et àadopter des aptitudes pour leur dépassement.

    ” Chers séminaristes, en analysant les problèmes sociaux, nous apprenons à chercher des solutions pour leur éradication. Mettez-vous à l’esprit que tout problème, défi constaté dans la société nous interpelle et exige que nous lui trouvions des solutions. Tout problème doit être changé en opportunité de créativité pour son dépassement et il est donc source de revenu car pour l’éradiquer nous engageons nos énergies intellectuelles et nos moyens matériels et financiers “, a dit Bagilishya.

    Pour le mot de la fin, M. Mvunabandi, Directeur de Science et Technologies de la CNRU, a apprécié l’esprit d’équipe qui a fait que beaucoup de projets IT focalisant sur les défis sociaux sont nés.

    ” Les prix que nous vous distribuerons au mois de janvier prochain ont un sens, celui de vous encourager à continuer le travail dans l’eswprit de groupe “, a dit aux séminaristes qui se sont promis de ne jamais rompre les liens avec la CNRU qui les a réveillés à la recherche scientifique et technologique.
